Who am I?

I am a runner.  My biggest thrill was completing a marathon, but I find sanity in running and hit the trail on a regular basis. I’ve never met a runner that wasn’t a happy person and I hope my blogging will encourage others to be active and take control of their physical well-being!

This is me…

I also have a blog about the rest of my life at www.regivizz.com.

am I the only one who thinks it preposterous that I am being labeled a runner? Seriously. Thats a stretch. A big one.

I just felt like running, I am sure I am a runner but I am addicted that that type of motion and no other really…

I too love to run… I love to run, apparently too much.

This weekend I ran the Seattle Marathon and got a stress fracture at mile 23… like an idiot, I finished the race.

Now I am on crutches, and won’t be able to run for another 6-8 weeks. Darnit all!

That could be the best picture I’ve ever posed for…even flossed first with twine! Run Happy? I don’t pretend to be a runner, but a marathon finish is on my list so I plod onward. I actually enjoy the time alone, the outdoors, the burn…everything except the pain. This site is a great idea…all runners can use encouragement and tips from others. Keep puttin’ on the miles!

Nordictwin…we want to hear what you have to say on the front page! How are YOU in the mileage department? Ready for our 10 miles over New Years weekend? :-)

I sure know there’s many faster, fitter, more advanced than me… but we are all out there working at it in our own ways. I’m glad I am able to run and happy to add my name to this list of runners. Yep… we are all runners.

I don’t run much anymore, but once I called myself a runner. And I will again, once things settle down a bit!

Heh. My students are currently training for their first 5K. So now, I’m becoming a runner again. This is one of my favorite blogs about running, and I’ve got you on my blogroll.

We are in Week 5, and getting pumped.

Hallooo! Just wanted to apologise for not responding to your sweat365 friend request sooner. I’ve been having email problems and didn’t know about the request - I wasn’t (and never would) ignoring you!
Karl.
